Why there is need to evaluate the performance of six sigma employee

In today’s modern world where there are many developments have been increasing among the different industries, on the other hand, companies also have to face many challenges which can affect the organizational performance too. In order to cope up with these challenges, it’s very important to evaluate the performance of six sigma employees because without the full participation of employees you can’t get the goals you have planned for your organization. This is one of the reasons why companies take the evaluation process seriously in order to boost up the performance of the work processes as well to maintain the quality.

Evaluation have been processed by two survey methods i.e. first one is preliminary survey in which general opinion of all the employees have been come out. This approach has been used to get the perceptions of employees about the existing environment on the whole whether the six sigma practices is giving them the benefits during the work processes or not.

Second one is comprehensive surveys in which detailed information have been asked from the employees. Interview committee has been made in which executives of different department, CEO and other important members have been included who ask more personal questions in a very informal way so that employee can get pleasant and relaxed feeling from the interviewers. If members realize that there is need to polish the employees more then they ask to HR department to conduct different six sigma training classes.
